Howard G. McAloney, Jr. passed away on May 7, 2011. A life-long resident of So Cal, he was active in his church after retiring from a 55 year career in Builder’s Hardware where he was a respected leader. Howard was proud of his service as a Naval Officer in the Korean War and his involvement in the Boy Scouts. As an Eagle Scout, he treasured the fact that his son, grandsons and nephews have all be involved in Scouting, many earning the rank of Eagle. He enjoyed working in many avenues to support the Christian Science church and its outreach activities. He will continue to be loved and cherished by his beloved wife Barbara, his son and wife Greg and Carol McAloney, his daughters and their husbands Julie and Rick Skaff, Janice and John Elmore, Connie and Nick Stamos, his eleven grandchildren, his sister and her husband Beverly and Don Tucker and many dear family and friends. A family memorial will be held. In lien of flowers, donations may be made to the following organizations:
