UCSD RADY SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT

The UCSD, Rady has approximately 63,000 square feet of conditioned space and 101,000 gross square feet of new construction. This four-story, $43 million school includes multiple tiered classrooms, administrative offices, Dean’s Suite, Executive Education and other support areas and supports cutting-edge technology for future leaders in life sciences and technology.

OCEAN FRONT WALK

This high end residential project, used over 3,200 sq. ft. of WallShield behind the Trespa panels and behind the stucco. VaproShield WallShield was used to prevent mold and mildew since the residence is right on the ocean in Pacific Beach. The salt spray and high moisture content have no adverse effect on either the Trespa Meteon panels or VaproShield breathable membranes.

COLUMBIA ELEMENTAY SCHOOL

Columbia Elementary School located in El Monte wanted interior walls that were graffiti and high-impact resistant. A variety of Trespa Wall panels were chosen to meet these needs. Trespa Meteon was used in Silver Grey, Mid Grey, and White. Trespa Virtuon Mustard Yellow and Athlon Paper White were chosen as well.

WEST LA COMMUNITY COLLEGE

The West LA Community College Science and Math Building, near Culver City. Over 43,000 ft2 of VaproShield WallShield  was used behind the Trespa Meteon panels and the metal panels. Both vertical and horizontal seismic joints were incorporated into the façade panel installation.

PANERA BREAD

Panera Bread located in La Puente goal was to stand out from the other mall tenants. This job features black break metal joint closure pieces between each Meteon panels for the entire store front area. Adding to the character the Panera Bread sign uses Trespa TS-130 system variable depth stand-off clips to make the Panera bread panels stand-off 3” beyond the wood grain background.
