Knight Wall Systems’ Rain screens provide limitless design options for building facades while controlling moisture and reducing energy consumption. Knight Wall Systems’ LEED-rich rain screens feature the patented Stofix® Leveling System, which enables outboard insulation and precision installation, even on out-of-plumb walls.

Rain Screen Options

Stofix® Leveling System: With shimless installation on an out-of-plumb substrate or old wall, while allowing a limitless design potential with myriad options for the building’s façade. Paired with the capability of adding up to 6” of insulation outboard of the sheathing while introducing minimal thermal bridging, you will have a true high-performance building envelope. This is especially useful for re-clad projects.

CI-Girt™ for Continuous Insulation: This entails insulating continuously across all structural members without thermal bridges other than fasteners and service openings. Called CI-Girt™, Knight's system enables a true continuously insulated exterior wall that meets or exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 requirements.

Composite: Knight's versatile system works with a variety of composite panel cladding options, including ultra-sustainable recycled paper composites and cutting-edge European designs.

Stonel This Brick Panels: The Stonel thin brick cladding combines a traditional brick surface and the Stofix modern mounting system. The end result is a lightweight and durable outer shell structure that is separated from the exterior wall with a built-in rain screen air gap.

Stucco: Delivers textures and patterns in a variety of attractive looks and—mixed with added colored pigments—never needs to be painted. Stucco is incredibly strong and can last hundreds of years, adding value and character to a building. The Parex NuTech™ ACF is an exterior coating system for application to cement board wall coverings and soffits.

Metal Panels: The NorthClad® Knight™ Series provides maximum versatility by integrating seamlessly with panelized brick veneer utilizing a single, functionally efficient mounting system. Adjustable mounting brackets allow the system to be installed precisely, even on an out-of-plumb wall.

Tile: Knight Wall Systems offers numerous ceramic, granite and stone tile cladding options for design-rich exteriors in the commercial, industrial and municipal segments. All of Knight's tile cladding is sourced through EuroWest.

Concrete Panels: Knight Wall Systems offers as a cladding option precast concrete panels from Precast by Design Inc. for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional applications. Panels can be specified in many different textures and finishes, in any Davis Color.
